Wathen Development was founded by the Wathen family after many years of friends and neighbors calling on them to provide professional construction, carpentry, and land/lakeshore development services. The owners have built three of their own homes in the area over the last three decades and have built or served as General Contractor for numerous other homes and rental properties for residents in the Dekalb and LaSalle counties, including five in Lake Holiday in the past four years.
